Pavers are a big part of homes. In fact, it is often the first thing that people see when they come up to your home. So, why would you want that to be broken, discolored lavers? Do you want people to look at your home and think, “Those people don’t care about their home. They really ought to take some time and put some work into it.”
I mean, pavers are a part of pretty much every house around, so why would you allow yours to get to a state that is sad and shameful? Not only fo they look bad, but they are also going to cost you more money to repair now then they would have before.

What’s worse is that you could hurt somebody else. Do you want to get a lawsuit? Because if someone less than friendly comes onto your property and hurts themselves, then you are in for an expense larger than it would have cost to fix the pavers, you know that right? Keep that in mind.
Reason 2: Broken Pavers will continue to get worse.
The longer you leave your pavers to suffer and get bad, the worse they become. The worse they become, the more money you end up spending on repairing them. I get that you weren’t all too interested on spending money on them in the first place, but now you have to spend even more money for fixing them.
Broken pavers also give the neighborhood a bad look. Don’t be that one person on the block with a messed up yard. You want to represent your neighborhood in a good light. If your neighborhood is filled with homes that have broken pavers, then be the person to lead the way and start the change.

Your home is not going to sell for all that it’s worth if you have the yard littered with broken pavers! You are going to need to fix those before you are able to see the true value of your home. If you want to sell your home for everything it is worth, you are going to have to put the work in.
